    UH.edu is currently experiencing database connection issues due to us reaching maximum database connections.

    Some of the services impacted are: Password wizard, Philo Authenication, API services used by Redline, AccessUH messages, Support forms used by Remedy.

    SMEs are investigating the database problem.

    UH.edu database connection problems have been resolved. The root cause has not been determined.
